How a trade works
- 01Open an account Sign up with email. We send a verification code from support@zeligon.com. Demo funds are ready if Demo mode is on.
- 02Pick a market Choose an asset and a 30s, 1m, 2m, 5m or 10m window. The chart stays in a fixed viewport.
- 03Call the direction Stake UP or DOWN. At expiry the ticket wins, ties or loses against the entry price.
FAQ
How does a Zeligon trade settle?
You choose an asset, a window (30 seconds to 10 minutes) and a direction. If the exit price is above your entry on UP, or below it on DOWN, the ticket wins and pays the asset payout (up to 95%). If the exit equals the entry, the stake is usually returned. If the market moves against you, the stake is lost.
What is the difference between Demo and Live?
Demo lets you practise on the same desk without moving real funds. Live uses your deposited balance. Demo stakes do not affect the live book. After login, switch modes when the administrator has Demo enabled.
How do I deposit, and when is it credited?
On Live trade, open Deposit. You can send crypto to the published address, or pay with bKash and Nagad. Official merchant checkout credits automatically. Crypto and send-money deposits are reviewed and credited by operations. Write to support@zeligon.com if a transfer is delayed.
How do withdrawals and other non-trading operations work?
Deposits, withdrawals, account changes and similar requests are non-trading operations. They follow the Non-trading operations regulations and the Payment policy. Processing times depend on the rail you chose. Contact support@zeligon.com for status.
What should I know about risk before I trade?
