This policy explains how Zeligon handles personal data when you visit zeligon.com, create an account, verify email, deposit, trade or write to support. The contact address for privacy requests is support@zeligon.com.

Data we collect

• Account details you submit: email, password hash, optional name.
• Verification and reset codes we email from support@zeligon.com.
• Session cookies used to keep you logged in on the terminal.
• Deposit records (method, amount, transaction references, wallet or mobile number you send from).
• Technical logs: IP address, browser, timestamps, and security events.

Why we use it

We use this data to create and secure your account, send verification and password-reset mail, process deposits, settle tickets, prevent abuse, and answer support tickets. We do not sell your data.

Cookies and sessions

The site uses essential cookies and local storage for login, device install (PWA) and basic preferences. We do not run a third-party advertising pixel on the marketing pages.

Retention and sharing

Account and payment records are kept for as long as the account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards for security, accounting and dispute handling. We share data only with infrastructure, mail and payment partners who process it on our instructions, or when the law requires it.
