Non-trading operations regulations
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Questions or notices: support@zeligon.com
What this covers
Non-trading operations are account actions that are not UP/DOWN tickets: registration, email verification, password reset, deposits, withdrawals, balance adjustments after a review, and account closure. Trading rules do not replace this page.
Account opening
Sign up with a working email. We send a one-time code from support@zeligon.com. You cannot use Live login until that code is accepted. Keep the mailbox under your control.
Deposits
Live deposits follow the Payment policy. Crypto and send-money transfers wait for operations to confirm. Official merchant checkout (where offered) credits automatically after the provider confirms payment. Demo refill is not a deposit.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same person and, where practical, the same rail used to fund the account. We may ask for extra identification, a test payment or a delay if the activity looks unusual. Times depend on the blockchain, mobile-money provider or bank — not only on Zeligon.
Corrections
If a deposit is credited twice, sent with the wrong memo, or paid to an old address, we may reverse or hold the balance while we check the rail. Contact support@zeligon.com before sending a second payment.
Closing an account
Ask support to close an account that has no open tickets and no pending payment review. We may keep records as described in the privacy policy.
