Payment policy

Currency

The trading book is denominated in US dollars. Fiat rails such as bKash and Nagad may be converted at the published USD/BDT rate shown in Deposit at the time you create the invoice.

Accepted methods

• Crypto to the address published for that asset in Deposit. Send only the selected coin on the selected network.
• bKash and Nagad send-money or agent payments to the account shown on the invoice.
• Official bKash / Nagad merchant checkout, when that option is enabled — these credit after the gateway confirms.

When funds appear

Merchant checkout that returns a success callback is credited automatically. Crypto and send-money invoices stay pending until operations confirm the transfer against the invoice. Do not reuse an expired invoice. If you already paid, write to support@zeligon.com with the invoice id and proof (TxID or TrxID).

Limits and maintenance

Minimum and maximum amounts, and temporary maintenance windows, are shown in Deposit. A method can be taken offline without affecting tickets already on the book.

Refunds and chargebacks

Crypto transfers are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Fiat chargebacks or recalls may lead to a frozen balance and a request for documents. Fees charged by your wallet, bank or mobile operator are yours.
