Markets and windows
Tickets are available on enabled FX, crypto, commodity and share symbols. Duration choices are 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 5 minutes and 10 minutes. Shares may be closed for your region. An asset or page can be disabled by operations.
Placing a ticket
After login, choose a symbol, a window and a stake between the live minimum and maximum (currently USD 1 to USD 5,000 unless the desk shows another limit). Confirm UP or DOWN. The entry price is the quoted price at acceptance. You cannot edit a ticket after it is accepted.
Settlement
- Win: exit is above entry on UP, or below entry on DOWN. The account is credited with the stake plus the asset payout.
- Tie: exit equals entry. The stake is normally returned and profit is zero.
- Loss: the market moves against the ticket. The stake is deducted.
Demo versus live
Demo stakes do not move the live book and do not create a withdrawal right. Live stakes use deposited funds. Switching modes does not cancel an open ticket on the other book.
Quotes and interruptions
Prices are OTC quotes for this terminal, not an exchange matching engine. If the site or your browser disconnects after a ticket is accepted, settlement still runs at expiry. If an asset is taken offline, open tickets on that asset settle under these rules using the last available quote process.
Disputes
If you believe a ticket settled on the wrong price, write to support@zeligon.com with the ticket time, symbol and screenshot. We will review the server record.
