Nature of the service
Zeligon is an over-the-counter (OTC) technology platform. It offers a web terminal where clients can place short-horizon UP or DOWN tickets on quoted FX, crypto, commodity and share prices. Zeligon is not a bank, not a payment institution, and not a licensed investment firm in every country where the site may be viewed.
No invented licence
This page does not claim a specific financial-services licence, regulator or registered office that we have not published. If a supervisor, court or payment partner asks you to confirm our status, write to support@zeligon.com and we will answer with the facts that apply to your case.
Your local law
You are responsible for deciding whether using an OTC terminal is lawful where you live. Do not open an account if your country, employer or payment provider forbids this activity. We may refuse, limit or close access where we believe the service is restricted.
What we do not provide
- Regulated brokerage, portfolio management or investment advice.
- A deposit-taking or e-money licence.
- A guarantee that any ticket will win or that payouts will remain at a stated percentage.
Related documents
Use of the terminal is also governed by the Service agreement, Risk disclosure, Rules of trading operations, Non-trading operations regulations, Payment policy and Privacy policy.
