Agreement

By creating a Zeligon account or using the terminal you accept this agreement, the Risk disclosure, the Rules of trading operations, the Non-trading operations regulations, the Payment policy and the Privacy policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must use your own email and payment details. One person should not operate multiple live accounts to evade limits or reviews.

The service

Zeligon provides a browser (and installable web) terminal for short-horizon OTC tickets. Demo mode, when enabled, uses practice funds. Live mode uses the balance credited to your account. Asset lists, payouts, windows and page availability can change.

Your obligations

• Keep your password secret and verify the email we send from support@zeligon.com.
• Read the risk disclosure before staking live funds.
• Do not attack, scrape or disrupt the platform, or attempt to reverse settlement logic.
• Do not use the service for money laundering, fraud or other crime.

Suspension and close-out

We may freeze deposits, block login or close an account if we suspect abuse, unpaid chargebacks, duplicate accounts, or a legal risk. Open tickets may be left to expire under the trading rules. Write to support@zeligon.com if you believe a block is a mistake.

Liability

The terminal is provided as available. We are not liable for market moves, connectivity loss, browser crashes, or delays at a payment rail. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the unused live balance on the account at the time of the claim, except where the law forbids that limit.
